We are hiring for a Residential Program Manager. In this career opportunity, you will be responsible for the direction, supervision and management of our non-profit’s residential program, working directly with children to provide care, support and services while also assigning projects and tasks to the Case Managers on your team. You will lead your team of Case Managers to achieve success in this long-standing program by demonstrating protocol and procedures, following all guidelines strictly, building relationships with the children in the program and guiding them in success.

MSW required (or master’s in closely related field).

Residential Program Manager

Location: Skagit County, WA

Pay rate: $60,000/year

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm with additional on-call responsibility

What you get to do:

-Assure that the client population are provided for in a healthy and safe environment in a manner consistent with policies and in compliance with all license and contract requirements

-Supervise and manage the agency’s residential program, ensuring that quality of care exists at a high standard and that the agency is operating within the outlined philosophy, mission and ethics

-Supervise residential house managers and case management staff

-Have full knowledge and understating of the agency budget and operate within financial limitations

-Have full knowledge and understanding of the agency policies and procedures, as well as state policies and procedures.

-Attend and facilitate all general staff meetings and consulting psychiatrist’s meetings; attend all other pertinent meetings as instructed

-Implement consistent modeling of appropriate practices and implement morale building and staff development strategies.

-Represent the agency in the local community through affiliations and activities appropriate to the mission of the agency

-Be on-call to provide support and response to staff, foster parent, and children during crisis situations

What you need to be successful:

- Master of Social Work degree required (or master’s in closely related field)

- 5+ years of leadership experience in social work (or closely related field)

- 5+ years of experience working directly with children
