We are a high quality orthodontic practice seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic scheduling/marketing coordinator to join our team. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond while providing a 5-star service to our patients. Our ideal candidate must have great interpersonal skills, be kind and energetic, and must be able to multi-task.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to), answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, collecting paperwork, email correspondence, data entry and posting payments.
The marketing piece would involve developing a marketing program for the practice and managing the marketing calendar. This coordinator would facilitate strong relationships between our practice and our referring doctors and patients and coordinate events and activities.
