Property management company with large portfolio of homes from Marysville to Blaine looking for an experienced and well rounded maintenance team member for both interior and exterior work. Knowledge of drywall repairs, light carpentry and other duties related to rental home turns. We are committed to quality work and a stand-apart finished product. Must have an eye for detail and be able to finish a job to 100% completion.
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a crew, at the direction of a field supervisor.
Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
