Clearwater Spas is a privately held hot tub manufacturer currently located in Woodinville. The Company will be moving to a new facility in Arlington February 2021. The Company has been experiencing high growth and is looking to hire several new production positions. As such, we are currently looking to add an HR Recruiter/Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have a high ability to determine a candidate's potential.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough interviews in-person to ensure that candidates meet all requirements
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Perform all onboarding and off-boarding duties, including but not limited to: New hire paperwork, supporting managers with performance improvement plans, completion of termination paperwork, completion of Cobra paperwork
Create job descriptions and maintain library of all relevant descriptions
Maintain records of personnel-related data and ensure all employment law requirements are met
Stay current on key federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Backup Support to Payroll
Be an ambassador of company culture and promote it within the company
Willingness to perform other tasks as assigned by management
Required Qualifications and Abilities:
2-5 years of HR experience
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with close attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with drive to complete all tasks with minimal management
Compensation:
