Here are some of the key responsibilities and requirements of this position:
- Is organized, self-motivated, committed, and self-directed
- Exceptional communication skills pre, during, and post treatment
- Treats our patients with compassion and displays a high level of customer service
- Chair-side assisting with doctor
- Sterilization of dental equipment
- Case presentation to doctor
- Maintain accurate and up to date patient records
This job requires a cooperative, professional attitude, and the ability to work well with others. We are seeking someone who is punctual, reliable, responsible and dependable and has the ability to fulfill obligations and complete tasks. The candidate should possess a willingness to go above and beyond to support our patients and practice. We place a great level of importance on quality care and the patient experience and this will be expected from our candidate.
