Location: The Majestic Inn, 419 Commercial Ave, Anacortes, WA 98221
Pay: $17/hour
We’re looking for grounded, dependable people who take pride in great service and bring warmth to every interaction. We're hiring baristas who can run with responsibility, enjoy working independently, and want to help our new coffee bar thrive.
You’re a great fit if you:
Bring an incredibly strong work ethic
Are reliable and available for at least 6–12 months
Show up on time, take ownership, and learn quickly
Are personable and comfortable chatting with customers
Are confident using basic tech (POS, digital menus, etc.)
Don’t mind staying on your feet and moving throughout the day
Can stay calm under pressure or have experience in busy environments
What you’ll do:
Make and serve great coffee, tea, and cold drinks
Run the coffee bar with minimal supervision
Keep the bar organized, prepped, and clean
Maintain a safe and welcoming space
Use our POS system to manage orders and payments
Monitor supplies and help with restocking
