Private Healthcare facility looking for a Front desk manager. This is an entry level position with immediate job openings available, no experience necessary, on the job training is provided.
Responsibilities to include:
Excellent customer service with attention to detail, honesty and integrity.
Friendly, ready to assist, positive attitude, joyful.
Answering the phone with a smile and clear ability to speak and communicate accurately and professionally.
Computer work to include email, fax, scanning, organizing of electronic files, scheduling appointments and taking payments.
The ability to take and fulfill orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Attention to detail in inventory processing and reporting. (This is not a freight or warehouse position - small product boxes and shipments only).
Take payments and be able to make change, as well as balance accurately.

Requested Hours: T-F, 9:00-1:00, 1:30-5:30. There is some flexibility to the hours requested, that can be discussed with the right applicant.
