We're a family business where clients, family, dogs and kids often roam free in the office - really a "mom and pop" shop (literally). We have over 6 acres of Waterfront Boat Storage and Sales Facility with over 90 boats that all need coordination!

We need Your Help to continue to grow!

Here's what we see you doing - and we think someone with at least an Associate Degree, or better would do best! Recent college grads should consider this a great career opportunity – and of course real-world experience is always welcome too!

We will train the right person – and that right person has a Great, Flexible, Multi-Tasking, Can-Do Attitude to roll with whatever the day (and the moment) brings!

Among other duties as assigned (and what emergency pops up) you would:

Answer the phones and greet incoming calls with a pleasant, helpful, confident and intelligent voice and know how to be the first line of offense (to know where to direct the call) without being off putting or offensive – and act as the first line of defense from cold callers, scammers, "our Google Records Show", etc. You will be our front gate.

Be nice, professional in appearance and say a very pleasant "Hello & Welcome and How Can We Help You!" to all who walk through the door - and again know what to do with the person, where to direct them / send them, and never feel put upon by someone walking through the door -as they are the life blood and paycheck makers.

Coordinate Between our Sales Team and Operations Team by helping our Sales Team to schedule for vessel surveys & showings, distributing documents & work orders and coordinating tasks & schedules for our Operations Team. You will do a lot of DocuSign sending (know what that is, please) and be driving the Overall Coordination for Facility Operations. There will also be other duties as assigned. But owning the Coordination between our Sales Team and Operations Team is the heartbeat of this opportunity.

Keep track of location spaces for all boats in the facility and coordinate their arrival and departure by alerting and working with the Sales and Operations teams. You will schedule haul outs and launches of boats, pressure wash of the bottom of boats with outside boat yards and know what boat is coming when and where it will be going via posting to our schedule and facility storage map.

You'll need to be organized and be able to multi-task. Have a general knowledge of invoice generation through accounting software and experience scheduling tasks through calendar programs that provide tasks and timelines for the Facility Team.

Feel comfortable interacting with clients. You'll discuss findings on their boats, coordinate their boat needs for their yachts and interact with vendors and service providers to assist boat owners to get things done and ready for storage and for sale. You'll also liaison between the sales and operations teams and clients to facilitate communications.

Have knowledge of the boat / yacht industry or motor yachts (we do not sell sail boats) and be wanting and willing to learn more, ultimately, we would like this position over the next 1-3 years to build into our Operations Manager - so be ready to train your replacement very soon! We are growing fast!
