KLB Construction, LLC is a family-owned heavy highway contractor headquartered in Mukilteo, WA. We
are seeking a full-time Contracts Administrator. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong
communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
KLB’s Contracts Administrator responsibilities include:
RESPONSIBILITIES
PREQUALIFICATION
o Respond to prequalification requests
o Fill out and maintain prequalification’s
BUSINESS LICENSES
o Apply and maintain all business licenses
CONTRACTS
o Receive, process and gather all contract requirements for contract execution
▪ Contract bonds, Insurance, SOI’s, Safety plans, Prevailing/ Private Wage
documentation, Affidavits
▪ Compliance Reporting with LNI, B2G, LCPTracker, Minority/ Apprenticeship/
Training hours, Internal KLB documentation tracking.
SUBCONTRACTS
o Prepare, send out (via DocuSign) and process all RTS’s and subcontracts
o Track required paperwork for all subcontractors
o Track subcontractor payment
▪ Prepare payment lien waivers and send out
PROJECT CLOSE OUT
o Responsible for all contracts, close out documentation for KLB and their subcontractors.
MISCELLANEOUS
o Process and track Change Orders
o Attend pre-construction meetings

The Contracts Administrator position is based out of our main office located in Mukilteo, WA. Annual
Salary range $75,000-100,000, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package with
