Responsibilities:
Assist in loading and unloading household and commercial goods and furniture
Crew lead on selected jobs, directing movers and packers to ensure timely and professional services for our customers.
Ensure items are securely and efficiently packed for transport.
Ensure customer paperwork is in order before and after job.
Follow safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
Valid license required. Class A license a plus.
Must be at least 21 years of age and have an excellent driving and safety record.
Prior experience in household goods moving, office or commercial relocation preferred, but not required.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor (50 pounds frequently)
Strong and professional communication and customer service skills
Proven skills to direct teams in a positive way and inspire teamwork.
Must be able to reliably commute to/from the Vancouver branch or plan to relocate before starting work.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
$23.00 per hour and up, depending on license class and years of experience.
