Assisting couriers
Following up with issues from pickups
Problem resolution
Speaking directly to clients
Researching pickup details
Multitasking
Utilizing both desk and cell phone
Route review to assure pickups occur properly.
Encourage and motivate all drivers to meet maximum potential while maintaining delivery time specifications.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- A valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting $45,000.00 per year in addition to overtime when available.
Schedule:
12PM to 8PM available (No remote)
Monday to Friday
