What You’ll Do:
Safely and efficiently operate and maintain a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to residential, commercial and industrial job sites.
Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation.
Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental and DOT regulations.
Ensure product quality and order accuracy.
Maintain positive customer relationships by providing professional and courteous service.
Keep your truck clean and free of buildup, for optimal performance and professional appearance.
Assist with precast block production, yard maintenance, and general labor duties as needed.
Job Skills and Requirements:
2 years’ experience preferred.
Class A CDL license, double endorsement required and current DOT medical card.
Clean, insurable driving record.
Be able to listen, follow directions, and communicate with dispatcher, co-workers and customers in a diplomatic manner.
General knowledge of local area a plus.
Able to handle working in adverse weather conditions.
Drug free.
