We’re a commercial HVAC company looking for a full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting field crews by delivering materials and keeping the warehouse organized and running efficiently. What You’ll Do
Deliveries
Load and unload materials manually or with a forklift, pallet jack, or hand truck
Safely transport HVAC materials and equipment to and from job sites and vendors
Secure loads properly and follow all driving safety rules (DOT & company guidelines)
Inspect, count, and document deliveries from suppliers
Keep company vehicles clean and up to date with maintenance
Pick up excess materials from job sites and return them to inventory
Help with crane lifts and material rigging when needed
Dispose of garbage and recyclables correctly
Warehouse Responsibilities
Keep the warehouse clean and organized according to 6S standards:
Sort: Keep only what’s needed
Set in Order: Label and arrange items for easy access
Shine: Clean and sweep work areas
Standardize: Maintain consistent procedures
Sustain: Make good habits part of your routine
Safety: Help maintain an injury-free workplace
Pull and prep materials for field teams with correct tags and paperwork
Process returns, count and clean returned items
Follow shipping and receiving procedures
Help with monthly cycle counts of warehouse inventory
Other Duties
Wash company vehicles as needed
Help keep the parking lot clean and free of debris
Seasonal tasks (e.g., weed removal in spring, snow removal in winter)
Perform additional non-routine warehouse tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
Valid Washington driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs
Able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (forklift experience preferred)
Trailer towing experience is a plus
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Basic knowledge of construction or HVAC materials is helpful
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Strong attendance and punctuality
