Your Role:
As a Mitigation Manager, you will lead a dynamic team and ensure operational excellence in all aspects of our projects.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Mastering IICRC S500 and S520 standards to implement effective mitigation and remediation procedures.
Overseeing project quality, compliance, and customer service.
Managing the restoration of clients’ personal property, including packing, cleaning, and inventory within budget.
Acting as the primary on-site contact for customers, addressing their needs and inquiries.
Writing detailed scopes and estimates using platforms like Xactimate and Symbility.
Supervise ongoing projects through company and TPA guidelines (response time, initial upload time, final upload & cycle time) to meet and exceed SLA and POM scores.
Utilizing advanced drying and restoration equipment to achieve optimal results.
Staying current with industry programs and trends to enhance service delivery.
Building lasting relationships with clients, insurance representatives, and team members.
Documenting project details meticulously, ensuring compliance and financial accuracy, mentoring and motivating your team to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Manage job schedules and respond promptly to emergencies, including fire, flood, and mold events.
Train, coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise all water department staff, influencing them to take positive action and be accountable for their assigned work.
Who You Are:
You’re a solution-driven professional with:
A high school diploma (GED) or higher; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
3+ years of experience as a Mitigation Restoration Technician and at least 2 years in a management role is preferred.
Active IICRC WRT and ASD certifications (AMRT & FSRT preferred).
An upbeat attitude and a professional appearance.
