Pay rate: Climber 350.00-450.00/day based on production, skill set, experience and certifications

- must have dependable transportation to and from work (Valid Drivers License)
- BE ON TIME
- reliable individual, self-motivated
- a can-do, positive, upbeat attitude
- good communication skills: active listening and clear speaking
- drug-free
- physically fit, ability to lift and drag heavy loads
- willing to work in any weather conditions, passion for outdoors
- must be able to follow complex series of instructions and work under pressure
- work as part of a crew
- hauling and loading wood into truck
