We are looking to add solar & roofing professionals and complete crews to our team to work with and install composition, PVC, metal roof systems. We can train the right individuals to learn how to install Tesla Solar Roof systems, for those looking to learn something new! This is manual work at the journeyman level which will involve removing old roofs and the installation of new roofs. Assignments are received through oral and written instructions prior to and during the progress of a job.
Work is reviewed while in progress and upon completion. Repair work keeps the teams busy when weather does not allow for larger roof projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
Considerable Knowledge & Skills with:
- Tools, equipment, materials, and methods used in roof repair and installation.
- The hazards and safety requirements of the trade.
- Various roofing materials & standard specifications for different roof types, incl. PVC roofing.
Experienced in installing IB PVC Roofing Systems is a plus!
JOB DUTIES:
-Adapt to our quality roofing & workmanship standards
-Remove and install roofs
-Open to learning and educational courses for roofing & safety that may arise from time-to-time
-Work at heights and on flat and steep surfaces.
-Climb ladders and set up work requirements in a safe manner.
-Understand and follow oral and written instructions (Spanish or English)
Lead or Jobsite Supervisor experience is a plus!
