Residential HVAC Service Manager – King County
Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 per year + bonuses
Signing Bonus: $5,000 (paid after 90 days)
Location: Office-based, Seattle - King County, WA
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive HVAC professional to lead our residential service department. This is a full-time, in-office management role focused on driving operational performance, training, and profitability.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential service department
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities
Manage pricing strategies and department profitability
Design and implement a technician training program
Provide leadership, support, and coaching to service staff
Use computer systems for reporting and tracking performance metrics
What You Bring:
Proven HVAC experience – field experience is preferred, but not necessarily a must.
Strong management and leadership skills
Solid understanding of service department operations and performance metrics
Proficiency with office software and comfort working in a digital environment
Ability to stay organized, make decisions, and lead proactively
