Overview

This position is responsible for ensuring that our customers remain outspoken fans of our business by closing out punch list items on remodel projects, providing warranty service, making small repairs, transporting materials, and providing carpentry support to our remodel and handyperson teams.

This position reports to the Project Manager

Creatively solve carpentry, mechanical and spatial challenges using different materials and products

Work independently, and with small teams, to repair, install and build things of high quality

Balance quality, cost and efficiency

Set clear expectations for customers

Minimum Qualifications

Reliable, insured, work vehicle capable of transporting tools, small lumber loads and sheet goods.

Must be a damn good craftsperson

Ten years experience HIGH end repair and/or carpentry

Ability and willingness to drive to multiple locations each day

Ability to accurately log work hours and return receipts to our office

Ability to schedule your own site visits and manage a timeline

Valid Washington State Driver’s License

Complement of personal hand and power tools for general and specialty carpentry

Capable of safely lifting 60 pounds, ability to safely work on ladders and/or roofs

Organized, safety conscious, motivated and courteous, with a great customer service attitude
