Mechanic/Shop Manager: Looking for a full time, experienced mechanic to add to our shop team. Responsible for performing, scheduling and overseeing all of the service maintenance and repairs on our fleet of dump trucks and equipment. Must have minimum 3 years' experience relative to equipment maintenance / repairs. The shop manager is a new position within the company, so we are seeking someone with a leadership mind to help navigate this change. Must be willing and able to perform the actual work, as needed, in addition to helping manage the 3 other mechanics and their tasks.
Must be reliable, punctual, able to work efficiently and productively without being overseen. Work hours/schedule are open for discussion.
Pay for position is negotiable depending on experience.
