Some vehicle knowledge is helpful!
Must be dependable, punctual, minimal drama, work well with others and willing to learn.
We have a fast pace & fun office environment, with minimal turnover. We are looking for someone who wants to join our team and is looking for long term employment.
Computer skills are required as well as a current driver’s license. Must be a team player & self starter.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers
Answer phone calls
Explain service work to customers
Inventory control tracking
Schedule online appointment requests
Must have excellent customer service skills
Communicate with parts suppliers and technicians
