Fountainhead Northwest LLC, a Class A office building Owner/Developer is looking for a Full-Time Building Maintenance Technician for a corporate park located in Kent Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and expand your horizons while performing a multitude of tasks in a fun, corporate environment.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs while providing a quality work environment. They will also establish a positive, productive working relationship with the property tenants and staff.
Job Summary
Work closely with management, tenants and vendors performing a large variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following:
Handle maintenance requests for tenants or in building common areas.
Perform misc. repairs that may include light bulb replacement, minor plumbing repairs, unclog drains, door hardware repair, etc.
Consistently maintains a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with tenants, co-workers and the general public, at all times, on or off the property.
Abilities
Skilled in the use of various power tools.
Computer literate - Email, Word.
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Dependable, organized, able to prioritize - willing to learn.
Experience
General working knowledge of commercial buildings and understanding of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
Knowledge of janitorial maintenance and general construction.
Requirement
Proof of U.S. citizenship (passport or birth certificate) in order to enter into security sensitive areas on the building campus.
Full-time position M-F 5am - 1:30pm [or] 7am - 3:30pm.
