Maintenance Technician

Fantastic local property management company seeking a full- time experienced maintenance tech, for work almost exclusively in Pierce County. Must have own tools, reliable insured transportation (preferably truck/van), and a valid driver’s license. The successful candidate will be responsible, dependable, neat in appearance, and professional in behavior; be able listen, take direction carefully, and prioritize taskings; be organized, able to keep track of paperwork/billable time, able to multitask and manage time well, and have good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to climb two to three flights of stairs, lift 50 lbs., and be able to perform moderate physical labor. Must also be able to pass a background test and drug screening.
