Parker Services is looking to add an experienced journeyman plumber to our team for commercial TI projects in the metro corridor of Seattle and the Puget Sound area.
You will be working with an amazing team of plumbers on unique, interesting and complex commercial plumbing projects. We offer 4 10 hour shifts for life/work flexibility. Total compensation package for tenured plumbers with our team is $80 an hour. Pay depends on your experience working in TI plumbing.
We are looking for a plumber with at least 3 years of experience installing commercial plumbing systems. We require that you have code knowledge via attending a trade school (CITC or equivalent).
You must be able to work independently, communicate with site superintendents and project managers professionally, must be able to lead and manage apprentices, conduct site safety meetings, must be able to estimate time & materials for changes orders, create detailed lists for ordering supplies for job phases, and accurately estimate scheduling needs to finish phases of work for each project.
Pay depends on your experience and skills. We pay top wages + benefits based on experience. Plumbers must pass a background check, have a clean driving record, must have reliable transportation to and from work when needed, and use technology efficiently.
