Sound View Window & Door is a leading provider of high-quality window and door installation services in the Seattle area. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of windows and doors in residential properties. You will work closely with a team of installers to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of window and door installers
Install windows and doors in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices
Ensure that all installations are completed safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with customers and other members of the project team
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
Maintain accurate records of work completed
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in window and door installation
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
