Landscaping Crew lead

Awesome Possum Landscaping is a non-profit landscaping company with the mission of hiring individuals with disabilities to help us provide quality work. This position of crew lead is in charge of a crew of two people (one individual with a disability as well as their job coach who supports the individual to do work hard and consistently.) The crew lead works on each site landscaping, directing the workers what they need to work on and making sure the final product is of high quality. It's a multi-faceted role of creating quality work and supporting an inclusive team. The right person is positive, honest, supportive and a hard worker. Jobs entail mowing, weed whacking, edging, pruning raking and general landscaping. We pay $30.00 per hour and are flexible which days you want to work.
