As a Hybrid Regional Maintenance Technician and Property Inspector, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks and conducting property inspections across our portfolio of multifamily communities. This role is vital to ensuring our properties are well-maintained and comply with all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Duties:

o Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

o Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.

o Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently.

o Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment.

o Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.

Property Inspection Duties:

o Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with company standards

and local regulations.

o Document and report findings from inspections, including recommendations for repairs or improvements.

o Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

Administrative Duties:

o Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

o Use property management software to track work orders, inspections, and inventory.

o Assist in developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance-related fields preferred.

Proven experience in property maintenance, with skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

Knowledge of property inspection procedures and standards.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, auto insurance.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
