Immediate opening for HVAC Lead Installer/Tech/Maintenance for the Pierce & King County area, must have 2 yrs minimum installing/repairing/maintaining AC split systems, package units, heat pumps, electric furnaces, ductless mini splits and 80% up to 96% Gas furnaces.
Looking for a Lead Installer & Technician
Must have hand tools, power tools, gauges, etc necessary for installations.
Work independently without supervision.
We are looking for Leaders.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
High standard of integrity and professionalism.
Must be EPA Certified.
A high school diploma or GED required.
Ability to use all hand and power tools.
You must have a valid WA drivers license.
Must have a van or truck and some tools. This position will require travel between various properties.
Understand schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications.
You must be well groomed, respectable looking, have a friendly personality and punctual.
This is a PT position and you will be on call. Please be available to be reached during and after business hours with respect of your personal time.
We would like you to be available at least 3 to 4 days a week during the week. Your day will be within the hours of 8am to 7pm. Up to 31 hours per week.
Must be in good physical condition, lift at least 50lbs; duties involved are bending at awkward positions, be in tight spots such as crawl spaces and attics, climb ladders up to 15 ft, kneeling and standing long times.
Company will provide uniform.
You will be a w2 employee
Paid bi-weekly.
Pay will Depend on Experience/Highly competitive hourly wages

Our growing HVAC company is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer/Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC field. As our Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
We are looking for someone who is great at figuring out complicated issues or resolving complicated breakdowns.
As our Installer, you will have the ability to do the job from start to finish. If you get stuck we can have someone come help. We would like someone who is confident and has the ability to lead. You will need to know how to install thermostats, AC, Heat Pumps Ductless,Gas furnaces all efficiencies.If you can install other systems, that will be a plus
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician or Installer
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system issues
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation such as a truck or van
