Construction Position:
- This is a full-time position
- Part of crew of 2/3 people removing/installing windows and doors.
- Team Attitude and willingness to learn/Teach new skills
- Ability to interact with home owners and have a "Can Do" attitude
- Report to and communicate regularly with Operations Manager from Job sites
- Drive/navigate company vehicle to job site
- Must be problem solver with ability to get the job done

- Starting wage depends on Experience level ($32 to $42)
- Paid Weekly
Skills Needed:
- Must have 2 years Experience in Carpentry/Construction Trade
- Knowledgeable about OSHA approved safety standards
- Must be able to carry up to 75 pounds (this is a physically demanding position)
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Skilled construction experience and knowledge about construction principles and tool usage
- Working on ladders and scaffolding planks (Heights)
- Valid drivers license required
