A property management company in Seattle is looking for a reliable Handyman to help care for residential communities across the city.

What You’ll Do:
Perform general maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting
Identify and address maintenance issues before they become major problems
Work independently while coordinating with property managers and vendors
Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and professionally while maintaining high-quality standards
Participate in on-call weekends (rotating and optional, with additional pay)
Handyman Requirements:
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with ability to use hand and power tools confidently and safely
History of longevity in previous positions
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders or stairs as needed
Valid Washington State driver’s license and reliable transportation
Location: Greater Seattle
You’ll be visiting residential communities throughout the city- flexibility and a willingness to travel between sites is essential.
Pay: $27.00 – $37.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Optional on-call weekends (with extra pay)
