We have room for both generalist German brand technicians (primarily BMW and Porsche, but also some VW, Audi and Mercedes-Benz), as well as pure Porsche-specific model experts. We are hiring for both service technicians, as well as project techs.
On the project side we're installing Rotex superchargers on 928 models, 6-ITB kits on Air-Cooled Porsche 911 models and doing VW / Audi 5-cylinder "07K" engine swaps (again, with Rotrex superchargers), into 924, 944 and 968 models!
We offer base salary plus commission compensation structures, as well as a unique flat-rate incentive model that can be tailored around your experience, drive and commitment. We also offer paid vacation (PTO) and a medical plan once you pass the probationary period.
