Duties:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, such as transmission problems, suspension issues
- Utilize schematics and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical problems
- Perform repairs on various makes and models of vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair options
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and procedures
- Proficient in performing oil changes, brake repairs, and transmission work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred
