Frame-to-Finish Carpenter On-Site Foreman Qualifications
Approximately 3-5 years of custom carpentry experience including framing, deck building, light electrical, light plumbing, and trim install
Experience with high-end remodels and detailed clients
Knowledgeable of home repairs and handyman services
Knowledgeable of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of buildings and other structures
Must be able to keep accurate purchase records and track time
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
Must have full selection of tools to perform the work
High level of accuracy and pride in your craft
Ability to lift 50lbs
Humility and teachability are key qualities
Articulate communication is required
