Excavation Foreman – Full-Time (Puget Sound)
We’re a fast-growing excavation company looking for a hands-on Foreman to lead field crews and help drive high-quality production. This role is for someone who leads from the front, holds their crew accountable, and takes pride in doing the job right.
What You’ll Do:
Run excavation crews and heavy equipment on-site
Coordinate with project managers on schedule, materials, and layout
Read and follow plans, grades, and utility specs
Lead safe, productive crews and enforce OSHA standards
Troubleshoot field issues and keep jobs on track
Train and develop crew members
Oversee trenching, grading, and utility installs (storm, sewer, water)
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in excavation with 2+ years running a crew
Strong experience with grading and underground utilities
Can read plans and shoot grades
Skilled on excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers
Clear communicator and strong leader
Comfortable holding people accountable without yelling
