We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team and contribute to our commercial tenant improvement projects. This role encompasses a variety of tasks, including door and cabinet demolition, installation of wainscoting, doors, door hardware, relights, restroom hardware, wood base, wall paneling systems, structural framing, and other associated activities.
Our projects are located in the South King County and Pierce County areas, and the position is full-time. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in commercial tenant improvement work. The ideal candidate must be reliable, drug-free, and possess a valid Washington Driver's License (WDL) along with their own reliable transportation. Additionally, the possession of safety gear such as safety glasses, work gloves, and a hardhat, as well as your own hand tools, is required.
The work schedule will consist of 10-hour shifts, primarily during evenings and into the night. Flexibility is essential, as the applicant must be willing to work night and weekend hours as needed. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are indispensable qualities for this role.
In recognition of your hard work and dedication, we offer competitive hourly rates based on your level of experience. Additionally, after one year of continuous full-time employment, you will be eligible for two weeks of paid vacation.
