We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities maintenance, construction, electrical systems, and mechanical knowledge. This position requires leadership abilities, strong common sense, and the ability to follow the manager's guidance and demands.
The job entails facilities management and upkeep on a 25-acre property with several historical buildings and a dock.

Vasa is a place of rich history dating back 100 years when a group of Swedish immigrants in Seattle looked for a farm to buy to build a retirement home and have a place where they could learn English and get together with fellow countrymen. They found a 36-acre tract on the western side of Lake Sammamish east of the city. The park has a large ballroom, lakefront shelters, a boat launch, and a long-term year-round RV campground, and we host numerous community events.
