Who is a Facilities & Maintenance Technician?
We are looking to hire someone who is friendly, physically active, hardworking and qualified. A frontline team member who takes pride and ownership in making sure our members have a fully functioning and well-organized workspace, so they can fulfill what matters most to them!
Job Details:
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:
Maintain kitchen facilities in good working order to provide excellent customer experience:
Provide general maintenance to the physical space and correct issues that may arise pertaining to drywall, shelving, painting, etc.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, which may include repairing or replacing sinks, pipes, or fixtures and dealing with hot water tanks
Install changing, or removing fixtures and locks
Clean and perform routine maintenance on facility systems (HVAC…etc)
Maintain kitchen equipment and appliances in good working order to provide excellent customer experience:
Troubleshoot and repair issues (mechanical included) on commercial kitchen equipment and appliances, including walk-in coolers and freezers, ovens, stoves, tilt skillets, mixers, warmers, steamers, washer/dryer, blenders, etc.
Move equipment, building shelving, etc.
Maintain inventory of equipment, appliances and parts in UpKeep Software System
Clean and perform routine maintenance on equipment
Generate complete and effective communication with team members
Keep up to date and accurate records of facility and equipment repairs
General kitchen duties (mopping, removal of trash and recycling, etc.)
Qualifications Desired:
Proven experience in facilities and maintenance, preferably in a commercial kitchen setting.
Strong skills troubleshooting and problem-solving mechanical systems.
Knowledge of basic construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing practices.
Ability to work proactively, both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
Adaptability and a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks as required.
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
