Responsibilities:
Travel to residential and commercial job sites—throughout Washington State and occasionally Northern Oregon—to create accurate digital templates for both countertops and vertical surfaces, including wall cladding, full-height backsplashes, fireplace surrounds, and shower walls.
Overnight stays will be required for jobs located outside the Puget Sound region.
Document all measurements, polished edges, cut-outs, and any project-specific details needed for fabrication.
Advise clients on necessary adjustments and communicate project scope, site challenges, and modifications with the sales, operations, and production teams.
Collaborate with project managers and installers to ensure seamless transitions from template to fabrication and installation.
Maintain a professional demeanor on-site and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital templating using LT-55, Proliner, E-Template, or similar systems.
Experience templating vertical surfaces such as wall cladding or architectural stone panels is strongly preferred.
Background in custom commercial millwork or architectural paneling is a plus.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Alphacam, or comparable CAD software is required.
Ability to read blueprints and jobsite drawings.
Intermediate math skills and strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Clean driving record and current Washington State Driver’s License required.
