We are looking for a Construction Superintendent/Coordinator.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee and manage field operations for commercial construction projects in various segments.
- Create and maintain a project schedule to achieve timely project turnover.
- Coordination of on-site subcontractors, including materials deliveries and waste removal.
- Resolve on-site project-related problems in partnership with others.
- Prepare daily logs of the goings-on on-site, alerting the project team to major milestones and relaying potential critical path developments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of career growth as a commercial Superintendent/Coordinator.
- Demonstrate a clear progression and development of responsibilities in previous positions.
- Strong Leadership Skills.
- Experience with tenant improvements.
- Firm understanding of common phases of Site Supervision: safety, quality control, estimating/constructability support, schedule, submittal and shop drawing support, process management and tracking, personnel supervision and evaluation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel and Project.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay for this position will range between $35-$40/h depending on qualifications and work experience.
- Insurance coverage package includes medical.
