$10k SIGN-ON BONUS (first half paid after all Training is complete for Platinum I-Car and related manufacturer courses; second half paid after 90-day probation period).
This is a flat rate position with potential to earn $100k to $150k per year. There is unlimited work volume with expansion coming soon. You have control over your earnings - the more you can complete, the more you get paid. =)
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Refer to manufacturer repair procedures for proper/current procedure
Full teardown/disassembly and reassembly of vehicles
Perform collision repairs as written on work order
Identify supplements during teardown and write up supplement for estimator/production manager
Fit, adjust parts; cut and weld replacement parts into place
Use the frame rack to measure, pull & straighten as required
Apply bondo, seam sealers, and corrosion protection per manufacturer
Test drive repaired vehicles to check for any issues, fault codes
Quality check after repairs to make sure everything is working: lights, door locks, key fobs, windows, sensors, etc.
Help to keep all vehicles on schedule for stated delivery date
Complete I-CAR and/or other Auto Body industry-required training.
Maintain clean and organized work area

Experience: Autobody Repair: at least 2 years (Preferred)
License: drivers (Preferred)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
After 90 days = paid medical, dental, vision, six paid holidays, 401k+match
After one year of service = five days paid vacation
