Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles following OEM specifications and procedures.
Maintain productivity levels in accordance with company goals.
Communicate repair needs and timelines to service advisors.
Accurately document all work performed in Tekmetric.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Keep current with training, service bulletins, and new repair techniques.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years professional automotive technician experience (European experience preferred).
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and OEM software AUTEL, OPUS IVS360. (Xentry, ODIS, ISTA, etc., a plus).
Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Performance Standards
All work completed to OEM quality and safety standards.
Productivity in line with shop labor matrix (1.25).
Work billed at customer-pay (CP) industry standard times; no warranty pay scale.
Accurate and complete documentation in shop management system.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive flat rate based on skill and productivity. We usually pay between $40-60/hour flat rate. Tell me what you need.
