Job Responsibilities Include:

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.

Accurately diagnose and perform repairs to ensure extradentary customer service.

Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.

Communicate with Service management team to complete the job in a timely manner.

Perform job to Ford and Pat Armstrong dealership standards

Additional miscellaneous duties as needed.

Ideal Qualifications Include:

Ford Certifications

5-years plus related experience, training, and/or education

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficient technology and computer skills

Valid Driver's License and a good driving record

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
