WE ARE HIRING for an Autobody Technician!
This is a commission-based role with an earning potential of $60,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on your work ethic. To be eligible for the role, you should have relevant education and/or experience as an Automotive Technician, as well as the appropriate tools. You should be able to read and interpret work orders and estimates, maintain accurate records, and have great attention to detail. You should also be able to speak and listen effectively in dealing with coworkers, be task-oriented, self-motivated, and efficient. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for the job are also essential.
The schedule for this role is an 8am-5pm shift from Monday to Friday, with no nights and closed weekends. This is a year-round role with plenty of work available. To be considered for the role, you should have at least two years of experience in automotive repair, with classic car experience being a plus. ICAR certifications are also a plus, and welding experience is required.
As an Autobody Technician, your duties will include inspecting vehicles for damage, repairing the body to factory or customer specifications, following repair orders, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. While we do not do any framework, we do handle a wide range of repairs, from light to heavy. We handle a lot of paint jobs, insurance work, and fleet work, as well as repairs, diagnosing, and part replacements for classic cars.
