We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Manager to oversee day to ay operations of a residential property. This dual-role position requires someone with a strong organizational, customer service, and hands -on maintenance skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage Resident relations, including rent collection, and addressing resident concerns.
Marketing, advertising and leasing apartments
Manage financial aspects of operations such as approve and process invoices, understand budgeting and controlling
expenses
Oversee property upkeep, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing and general upkeep.
Coordinate vendors and contractors for specialized services.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience in property management and maintenance.
Proficient computer (Microsoft Office, App Folio) & internet skills
Strong problem solving and multitasking skills.
Limited experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, appliance repair and drywall.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
Must be able to prioritize tasks and be self-motivated
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required
Must own basic set of personal tools
Pass a background check
Compensation:
This is a full time hourly position $32.00 - $34.00 depending on extent of experience in both management and
maintenance.
