Our diverse lives and interests intersect in the inclusive community we create together at our club.

About the Position:

The General Manager executes our vision for the community through engaging membership, designing programming, maintaining the facility, and ensuring safe and smooth operations. To achieve this, the General Manager must be able to manage the club employees, work with external vendors, engage the neighborhood community, and collaborate with the Board of Directors. The ability to communicate and plan across multiple stakeholders is critical. The ideal candidate will have a balance of leadership, management, administrative, and interpersonal skills.

Physical demands include lifting objects over 50 pounds, working at heights, and working outdoors.

Required Qualifications:

Two years of post-secondary education or experience.

Experience managing programs, teams, or projects (preferably in recreation or youth development).

Strong communication and technology skills.

Conditions of Employment:

Valid driver's license and background check required to start.
