The West Seattle Health Club is a locally owned and operated full-service health club featuring a 7-lane pool, spa, rock wall, kids club, indoor cycling, and group ex programs. We are NOT a chain and instead focus on creating a warm and friendly environment for both our staff and members.

Position: Customer Service/Membership Sales
Duties:
Sign up new customers (We do no pushy sales tactics), Schedule Tours
Provide in-depth explanations of all our programs and membership policies.
Greet customers and sign them in using their names
Answer customer service emails and phone inquiries.
Desired professional qualities and experience:
Prior retail or customer service experience a must - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THESE FIELDS.
Willingness to work full time - This is a must.
