Responsibilities
Able to travel 50-75% of the time!
Construction sales preferred.
Identifying and prospecting new customers
Develop strategies to achieve sales objectives and stay current with new products and sales promotions.
Maintaining relationships with current customers
Assist in overseeing the sales process from estimating to preparing contracts and follow through.
Identify opportunities for new business with the ability to translate this into new sales activity.
Achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly/annual sales quota/goals and new customer/business goals.
Maintain strong connections in industry (customers and vendors)
Plan territory coverage and call upon current and prospective key accounts regularly.
Qualifications
-Sales Experience
-Proficient with computers and industry software programs including Microsoft office products.
-Valid driver’s license with good driving record
-Know how to manage time effectively.
-Great attitude with high-energy personality
-Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills
-Goal-oriented and ambitious with capacity and drive to each and exceed quotas.
-Winning attitude strives to be the best and understands what is required for that.
