The Kitsap Tide Kings are Bremerton’s newest semi-pro baseball team, part of the United States Baseball Congress (USBC). We are building a competitive team and an exciting game-day experience, and we need motivated sales professionals to help secure local sponsorships and drive ticket sales.
About the Role:
We are seeking two driven sales representatives to join our team and help build relationships with local businesses. You will be responsible for selling team sponsorships, securing key partnerships, and driving ticket sales to maximize revenue.
This position is 100% commission-based with unlimited earning potential:
✅ $500 per sponsorship sold
✅ $1 per ticket sold
Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to local businesses interested in sponsoring the Kitsap Tide Kings.
Sell advertising space on team banners, social media, and game-day promotions.
Build strong relationships with bars, hotels, restaurants, and other businesses.
Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies.
Promote ticket sales and drive attendance at home games.
Work closely with the team president and marketing director to maximize sponsorship value.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience preferred (sports sales, advertising, or sponsorship sales is a plus).
Strong communication and networking skills.
Ability to cold call, email, and meet with business owners.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Passion for sports and community engagement.
