Third Rail Integrations LLC is seeking a commission-only client engagement specialist (CES). We prepare medical groups to improve their performance in finding and treating their patients who have behavioral health conditions and treatment needs. There are 294,000 primary care providers in the US and only 7% of them have adequate behavioral health resources for their patients. The untapped market in enormous, and our solultion is an improvement over what is presently available to them.
Our CES's each have designated territories so there is no internal competition. We will provide you with a large list of leads. You will contact each lead, introduce Third Rail, and schedule a Discovery meeting with them. You will be joined at these meetings by our CEO and Founder. Eventually you might be ready to run meetings on your own.
You will receive a commission of 20% on each contract that we close with a medical group you contact. Our contract rate ranges from $15k - 60K or more, depending on the size and scope of the organization. Experience and success in soft-sell context, excellent communication skills, and a demostrable sales protocol are required. A directory of established contacts in the healthcare arena is preferred. Full training is provided.
