Our company is seeking a motivated and dynamic professionals to join our team of Sales Associates. The ideal candidate for this job would like to work in an active environment, be self-motivated, and have exceptional communication skills. The Sales Associate position is a great way for ambitious and hardworking individuals to gain valuable experience in sales, communicating with the public, and working in a team setting.
We are looking for someone with sales experience, who would like to work on commission. Experience in the kitchen and furniture industry is highly preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Consistently reaches out to all leads and gets the client a quote on time
✓ Knowledgeable in all Cabinets Core products (cabinets, flooring, countertop, and more)
✓ Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
✓ Gathers new leads: following up with past clients, cold calling, etc.
✓ Records all sales information in CRM and tracks data efficiently
✓ Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
✓ Is knowledgeable in general kitchen design rules and can use 2020 design platform to create kitchen layout
