Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Inside Sales professional to join our team! The position is responsible for developing new business, attaining sales target goals while promoting products by building relationships with new and/or existing customers. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
· Must be confident and have the ability to communicate with an assigned list of customers.
· Understand the needs and expectations of the customers and provide relevant products.
· Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer calls and ensure proper attention to every customer.
· Analyze the choices and approved products variable for each customer.
· Able to offer different alternatives to customers within their approved choice of product.
· Demonstrate the methods of using products and resolve customer queries.
· Responsible for inputting a high volume of products and orders daily to achieve customer satisfaction.
· Maintain a database of current customers and contact them regularly.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced open room environment.
· Record details of each sales transaction in a sales book and submit weekly reports to management.
· Any other duties assigned or given to assist the company needs.
Have the ability to work a variable work schedule.
(Prefer) 2+ years’ experience (seafood preferred) and ready for additional responsibilities

Possess the ability to work as an individual and a team.
(Variable) weekly work schedule, including weekends.
Bi-lingual preferred.
The incumbent should have at least one year of working experience in a distribution or retail or food service environment, with seafood experience preferred. A college degree or equivalent experience a plus. Certification courses in handling software used in the sales departments will also help in this career.
